Qualifications

• One year of experience as an Information Technology Technical Support Analyst I in a centralized IT organization.
• Two years of experience installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing client devices or software.
• Valid California Class C Driver License, or alternative transportation method.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Conduct end-user training and support software distribution tools.
• Lead smaller installation or upgrade efforts and support larger projects.
