Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in technology or equivalent required.
• Two to five years of end-user desktop support experience.
• Criminal history fingerprint clearance and other district certifications as required.
• First Aid/CPR card must be current.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in person, via phone and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to resolve requests.
• Support end-user Help Desk requests using district tools.
• Recommend hardware and software acquisitions as needed.
• Assist with the integration of technology into schools and district offices.
• Deploy, install and maintain district-owned staff and student tech.
• Assist with network connectivity and secure environment per standards.
• Train staff and students on systems and equipment as directed.
• Maintain inventories of hardware and software per policy.
• Coordinate procurement of equipment and supplies per guidelines.
• Maintain confidentiality of district data.
