Job summary

The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO seeks an IT Technical Support Analyst Level I to diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems, install and maintain systems, and enforce IT policies. Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• High school diploma and/or 2-year IT experience.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent.
• Proficiencies: Windows 7, Microsoft Office Suite, Laptop/Desktop, PC configurations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals.
• Working knowledge of Networking and TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge of Domain and Active Directory Support.
• Proven ability to work with users diplomatically and skillfully.
• Identification that establishes identity.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Exercises judgment and decision making in the diagnosis and resolution of computer hardware and software problems.
• Performs full range of work assigned and works with some independence and initiative.
• Enforces IT policies as it relates to financial systems and takes appropriate course of action.
• Installs and maintains database hardware and software.
• Organizes work, sets priorities, and meets critical time deadlines.
• Monitors systems to ensure compliance with company and governmental policies.
• Provide written documentation of all duties.
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following: Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting.
