Job summary

The Information Technology Support Technician at WarHorse Gaming in Lincoln, NE, provides hands-on IT and AV support across the property, troubleshoots hardware and software, and maintains inventory and documentation to ensure reliable operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Two (2) years of experience installing and troubleshooting Windows operating systems, desktop hardware, and Microsoft products, with exposure to deploying and maintaining servers and network equipment in a data center.
• Active Directory environment experience with system tools such as WireShark, Fluke Meter, Altiris, and Ghost.

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold WarHorse Gaming’s mission, vision, and values.
• Install, configure, test, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user devices, network hardware, printers, scanners, and related software.
• Provide on-site IT/AV support, training, and end-user assistance across the property.
• Maintain inventories of IT and networking equipment and document hardware changes.
• Respond to IT support requests promptly via calls, pages, and emails.
