Job summary

The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO is seeking a Table Games Supervisor to lead a pit of table games, deliver outstanding guest service, and enforce ICMPs, regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include monitoring game play, managing dealer rotations and scheduling, maintaining pit supplies, and ensuring compliance and staff development, while upholding Colorado regulatory standards.

Experience with table game operations and a valid Colorado gaming license is required; intermediate

Qualifications

• Intermediate English reading and writing skills.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
• One year of Dual-Rate Table Game experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control an area of a table games pit to ensure delivery of customer service.
• Knowledge of policies and procedures and sound understanding of table games.
• Game protection and adherence to ICMPs and regulations.
• Monitor adherence by Table Games personnel to policies and standards and regulatory requirements.
• Player development, rating, and tracking.
• Maintain superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Manage dealer rotations and daily scheduling.
• Maintain supplies in the pit and handle pit administration functions.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Monitor and control an area of a table games pit consisting of one or more games to assure delivery of customer service
• Responsible for having knowledge of the various policies and procedures required of the position. Sound technical understanding of table games
• Game protection/adherence to ICMPs and regulations
• Monitor adherence by all Table Games personnel to company policies, procedures, and standards, and/or compliance to all applicable government regulations
• Player development, rating, and tracking
• Maintain superior customer service to all internal and external customers
• Manage dealer rotations and daily scheduling
• Maintain supplies in pit
• Generate and maintain all pit administration functions
• Behave as a positive role model and maintain a dependable work attendance record with extremely infrequent absences and/or lateness
• Other related duties including but not limited to complying with the following:Colorado Limited Gaming Act, Colorado Gaming Rules and Regulations, Colorado Internal Control Minimum Procedures, Colorado Liquor and Beer Codes, Federal requirements for Anti-Money Laundering, Company Policies, and IRS reporting

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:

• Intermediate English reading and writing skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional when under pressure
• Must be able to supervisor all table game variations
• Knowledge of Colorado Gaming regulations
• Basic to intermediate computer skills
