Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for desktops, printers, scanners, POS terminals and Kiosks.
• Coordinate hardware installations and updates with vendors and users.
• Document issues and resolutions, escalate when needed, and support telephony and audio/video setups.
