Job summary

JACK Entertainment seeks an IT Support Professional to deliver first and second-level support for workstations, servers, and networks. You will install, upgrade, and maintain gaming and non-gaming hardware and software, resolve user issues, and escalate complex problems to senior engineers.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years in technical support, and familiarity with gaming systems or casino tech. Must be able to work varied shifts and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
2+ years of experience in technical support or IT operations.
Knowledge of desktop computing, networking concepts and operating systems.
Experience with gaming systems or casino-specific tech is highly desirable.
Able to work independently and in fast-paced environments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Provide first and second-level support for workstation, server, and network issues.
Install, upgrade, and maintain gaming and non-gaming hardware and software.
Support system users and resolve technical issues promptly.
Escalate complex problems to engineers and follow change management.
Train end users and document procedures, ensure regulatory compliance.
