Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Inc. in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Service Desk Technician to provide on-site technical support for staff at our Great Falls location.

Responsibilities include installation, testing, maintenance, repair and networking of computers and peripherals; Windows domain and accounts administration; software installation and troubleshooting on Windows systems; and end-user support with a focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of Help Desk or End User support experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS and basic networking.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via email/phone/ticketing system.
• Install, test, maintain, repair and network computers and peripherals.
• Administer Windows domain and user accounts; install and troubleshoot software.
• Deliver strong customer service and interact with diverse end-users and staff.
