Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain is seeking an onsite IT Help Desk professional in Great Falls, MT. You will install, test, maintain, repair and network computers and peripherals, administer Windows domain accounts, and troubleshoot software on Windows-based devices.

You’ll provide service desk support via email, phone, and ticketing systems and maintain asset inventories. Minimum qualifications include high school or equivalent, CS coursework or technical training, and 0–2 years of

Qualifications

• Communicates effectively both written & orally with co-workers and internal customers.
• Working technical knowledge of both PC hardware and software.
• Basic networking concepts and equipment familiarity (routers, modems, switches).
• Willingness to travel within ESGW territory; overtime and on-call rotations as needed.
• Background check completion required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for staff including installation, testing, maintenance, repair and networking.
• Administer Windows domain and accounts; install, update and troubleshoot software on Windows-based PCs.
• Handle general help desk duties via email/phone/ticketing system; maintain strong customer service.
• Troubleshoot LAN, end-user devices, and company software systems; document issues and resolutions.
• Maintain inventory and records of hardware, software and network equipment.
