Job summary

CSP is seeking an IT Support Analyst for the Carey, Ohio Plant on a hybrid 2nd to 3rd shift. The role covers daily plant IT infrastructure, troubleshooting hardware, desktops, printers, AD, Exchange, VMware and enterprise systems to keep end users productive.

You will document actions, create process docs and training materials, monitor projects, and work with team to resolve tickets across corporate and plant sites.

Qualifications

• Two years minimum in technical or desktop support.
• Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, VMware, LAN/WAN, hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate professionally in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and track desktop, laptop, printers and other IT equipment.
• Active Directory user account management and AD maintenance.
• Install and administer Windows 7/8 Professional.
• Set up Exchange email accounts; manage user mailboxes.
• Troubleshoot Help Desk tickets across corporate and plant locations; document resolutions.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and IT tasks.
• Create IT process documentation and training materials.
• Ensure customer requirements are met.
