PENN Entertainment’s IT team at the Detroit area property is seeking an IT Support Specialist to maintain and support PCs, AV equipment, and networked systems. You will troubleshoot, install, and repair hardware and software, while delivering excellent customer service to staff and guests.

The role emphasizes on-site IT support, ticket handling, and collaboration with property leadership to meet operational needs. Associates degree and 3+ years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent in computer tech or related field.
• 3+ years of related experience or training.
• Proficiency with Windows OS, AD, and Office 365.

Responsabilités

• Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on PC equipment and related systems.
• Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets per SLAs.
• Operate and support audio-video systems, kiosks, and embedded devices as needed.
• Perform user administration tasks including account activation and deactivation.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain organized equipment.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service in line with company standards.
