PENN Entertainment is seeking an IT support professional to join our team supporting property-level technology across our Kentucky venues. The role focuses on end-user IT services, PC hardware/software, and AV systems, with responsibilities spanning ticket resolution, device configuration, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Windows OS
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals and AD administration
• Experience troubleshooting hardware/software and imaging/restoration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Gaming Permit required; ServSafe Alcohol training completed or in progress
• Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain PC equipment and related systems
• Respond to, document, and resolve service tickets per SLAs
• Assist with inventory control for hardware/software
• Configure and maintain phone and AV systems as needed
• Develop procedures, user guides and SOPs for IT processes
• Interact with vendors and property leadership to define application needs
• Ensure regulatory compliance and, when needed, escalate issues
• Provide remote assistance and support to vendors and guests
