Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of two years of experience in IT operations.
• Current HIPAA compliance training or credential.
• Solid understanding of healthcare applications, IT processes, data accuracy, and effective training methods.
• Experience coordinating teams, balancing priorities, and supporting employees in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
