Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a remote team of IT training and application support professionals.
• Coordinate the creation, implementation, and delivery of technology and healthcare application training.
• Help maintain application performance, system readiness, data quality, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional partners to ensure support and training initiatives meet business needs.
• Develop and enhance training resources, process documentation, workflows, and support guidelines.
• Track team productivity, coordinate schedules, assign responsibilities, and manage competing priorities.
