Job summary

Ōura seeks a Director, Technology Business Operations to build and lead IT's strategic planning, prioritization, and financial governance from the ground up. You will provide a shared planning framework for a 70-person IT org spanning ~300 applications, starting with a contractor bridge and growing a small team as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience with 4+ years leading IT strategy for a fast-growing company.
• Strong operational discipline with familiarity with TBM or a similar technology operating model.
• Experience partnering with FP&A, Procurement/Legal, Enterprise Architecture, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic layer for IT with value-based planning, prioritization, and governance.
• Manage a contractor bridge, then hire and develop a small 2–3 FTE team.
• Build IT's strategic planning system: annual and multi-year plans and investment narratives.
• Stand up a shared prioritization and governance model for IT initiatives.
• Own financial operations in partnership with FP&A, including cost-center and spend visibility.
• Own procurement, contract, and renewal management with a renewal calendar.
• Oversee contractor/SOW administration and multi-country workforce operations.
• Run IT's executive cadence with all-hands, monthly updates, and roadmap reviews.
