ŌURA is seeking a Director, Technology Business Operations in San Francisco for building IT's strategic planning, prioritization, and financial governance from the ground up. This role starts as the sole builder, eventually growing a small team and managing an international contractor footprint.

You will own IT's strategic layer, oversee a governance model, and partner with FP&A on cost management and renewal forecasting, driving a multi-year technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with leadership in fast-growing environments.
• 4+ years leading IT strategy, value assessments, and multi-year planning.
• Exceptional executive-level communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own IT's strategic layer including value-based planning, prioritization, and governance.
• Lead contractor bridge and build a small future team (2–3 FTEs).
• Develop the annual planning cycle, multi-year technology plan, and investment narratives.
