Job summary

Ōura seeks a Staff Technology Portfolio Manager to build and run the single system of record for IT portfolios, overseeing ~100 programs across ERP, supply chain, CX, and enterprise AI. This is a hands-on, no direct reports role, AI-first from day one and remote in the US with a preference for candidates in San Francisco.

You will lead weekly reviews, map dependencies, govern intake, and partner with IT Planning & Delivery to create a program office people want to be part of, not merely one they

Qualifications

• 10+ years running programs or portfolios in a technology org.
• Experience building or rebuilding a portfolio system of record.
• Familiar with using LLM assistants and AI for reporting and analysis.
• Strong PMO tooling fluency and use of AI for reporting.
• Enterprise IT fluency (ERP, identity, integrations, ITSM, compliance).
• Clear, concise executive writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Build the system of record for IT portfolios with trusted health/status definitions.
• Understand IT's ~100 programs: owner, status, dates, blockers, why it matters.
• Lead weekly portfolio review and drive risk closure.
• Map cross-team dependencies to surface managed risks.
• Own intake governance with timely answers to new work.
• Collaborate with IT Planning & Delivery to build a program office.
• Use AI to automate reporting, dependency analysis, and risk detection.
