Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Staff Technology Portfolio Manager to design and run the single source of truth for IT portfolios, ownership, and risk. You will build the system yourself and operate it day to day, with AI-first workflows across ERP, supply chain, and enterprise tech.

You’ll map dependencies, govern intake, and run weekly reviews to force decisions and close open items. This role emphasizes clarity, speed, and pragmatic risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years running programs or portfolios in a technology org.
• Built or rebuilt a portfolio system of record from scratch.
• Habit of using LLM assistants and agents as a default workflow.
• Strong PMO tooling fluency with AI-supported reporting.
• Enterprise IT fluency (ERP, identity, integrations, ITSM, compliance).
• Clear, concise executive writing; distill many programs into one page.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and proactively flag risks.

Responsibilities

• Build the single system of record for IT's portfolio — real, shared definitions of program health.
• Understand IT's ~100 programs: owner, status, target date, blocker, and importance.
• Run the weekly portfolio review as a decision-forcing forum and close items.
• Map cross-team dependencies to surface risks early.
• Own intake governance with timely answers to new work requests.
• Partner with IT Planning & Delivery leads to build a program office people want.
• Use AI as your default operating method for reporting, analysis, and risk detection.
