Job summary

Ōura is seeking a Director of Product Design Operations to lead Product Ops within the broader Product & Design Operations team, ensuring Product has the systems, insights, operating rhythms, and program leadership needed to make decisions and move priorities forward. This leader oversees the strategic processes for driving clarity, alignment, and momentum across complex HW/SW initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across Product Operations, Product Management, Production, Program Management, or related disciplines.
• Proven ability to build and lead a Product Operations function and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience across integrated hardware and software products.
• Strong ability to synthesize complexity into clear narratives for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Set the operational strategy and priorities for Product Ops; develop processes for the Product Manager team.
• Define the Product Operating Model, including intake, planning, prioritization, and portfolio management.
• Oversee portfolio visibility, headcount planning, and budget management with Product leadership.
