The candidate should bring 5+ years in IT consulting or MSP environments, experience with strategic IT planning and budgeting, and familiarity with ConnectWise and major tech platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership.
• Experience with strategic IT planning and technology budgeting.
• Experience working with C-suite executives and business leaders.
• Certifications such as MCSA, VCP, CCNA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technology advisor aligning client IT with business goals.
• Communicate technology recommendations and risks to technical teams and executives.
• Assess client environments for security, scalability, and performance improvements.
• Develop and maintain IT roadmaps and lead strategic business reviews.
• Manage technology budgets and support compliance initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and be primary contact for strategic guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify client needs and define scope.
• Provide guidance and mentorship across departments.
