Pierce is seeking a Sales Executive in Holmdel, NJ to drive IT staffing services to leading clients. You will engage in in-person and video meetings, present solutions, and grow key accounts.

The role requires relationship-building skills, knowledge of the technology job market, and the ability to balance detail with strategic thinking. Qualifications

• Experience selling IT Staff Augmentation, IT managed services or IT hardware/software.
• Experience building relationships with key decision makers.
• Familiarity with the technology job market.
• Keeping up with new trends in technology.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be a driven team player while being able to focus on personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Research, market and sell IT staffing services to clients.
• In person and video meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
• Act as a point of contact and continuously develop client relationships and accounts.
• Deliver excellence while staying cool under pressure.
• Balance small details and the big picture.
• Analytical sales reports.
