Job summary

MeeDerby is seeking a Senior Staffing Consultant for Technology Staffing in a hybrid role based in Philadelphia or New York. The position offers a base salary in the 75K–105K+ range plus commission and opportunities to grow within an expanding U.S. team.

You will win new client relationships, develop business, and manage full-desk staffing duties, recruiting candidates and driving revenue through a hybrid work schedule – in-office Monday through Thursday with strong commission upside.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of staffing experience.
• Proven business development ability.
• Strong sales mindset and comfort with cold calling.
• Technology staffing experience preferred.
• Contract staffing experience attractive.
• Entrepreneurial, accountable and competitive personality.
