Compensation:
- Base Salary: $60,000-$80,000 (Flexible for Senior candidates/exceptional billing history)
- Commission: Tiered and uncapped
- Estimated On-Target Earnings: $120,000-$220,000 | Top Billers earn $500,000+ annually

The organization is continuing to invest in sales growth, geographic expansion, and the development of both national and regional client relationships. It is particularly interesting in sales professionals who can help open, build, or accelerate newer and underdeveloped markets.
Role and Job Duties
- Develop new staffing clients through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and existing relationships
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline within assigned industries and territories
- Conduct discovery meetings and sell temporary, contract-to-hire, and direct hire staffing solutions
- Generate job orders and partner with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
- Expand existing accounts through cross-selling, new departments, locations, and projects
- Manage pricing, contracts, gross margins, client retention, and account growth
- Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and revenue forecasts
- Travel for client meetings and assess opportunities in new geographic markets
- Serve as a consultative workforce solutions partner
Candidate Requirements
- Current or recent staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions sales experience in one of sectors above.
- Proven success generating new business and growing existing accounts
- Experience within at least one relevant industry or staffing division (above)
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Approximately $250,000 or more in annual Gross Profit or Gross Margin production
Preferred Qualifications
- Transferable client relationships or book of business
- Experience selling multiple staffing service lines
- Background supporting enterprise, national, or project-based clients
- Relationships within above two sectors/industries
- Experience developing a new territory or geographic market
