Acceler8 Talent is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to drive growth in our tech-focused markets with US clients. You will build candidate attraction strategies, win and retain new business, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while managing high-volume placements.

Qualifications

• Senior Recruitment Consultant with proven billings in staffing/agency.

We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has experience in the following:

• Helping with the candidate attraction strategy for key clients
• Winning and retaining New Business with clients across the US
• The ability to gain excellent commitment from potential clients and candidates
• Strong candidate management and candidate experience
• A passion for progressing and developing a long-term career in a fast moving sector
• Proven experience and billings, working as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant within Staffing/Agency setting
• Ideally you have worked recruiting in the Tech Market or similar White Collar roles
• Excellent candidate and client control skills
• Effective relationship-builder, strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong administrative skills – extremely organised
• Team player, but can take on own responsibilities and prioritise workload
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
