We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated IT Staffing Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives, cultivate client relationships, and drive revenue in staffing services. This role is ideal for someone with deep existing client relationships, and a passion for delivering excellence to them. This is a remote role, and the Business Development Manager could work from home, or any location of their choosing.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Staffing Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding Strivector's client base and increasing revenue by identifying and securing new business opportunities. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the IT and Engineering staffing and recruiting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth & Performance Metrics – Achieve and surpass sales targets through strategic business development efforts.
  • Expand Client Base – Identify and secure new IT and Engineering Staffing business opportunities across multiple industries
  • Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture strong partnerships with IT and Engineering hiring managers, HR teams, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Collaboration with Recruitment Teams – Work closely with recruiters to provide IT contractors that meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Communication Skills - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • IT and Engineering Staffing Sales Expertise - Proven experience in business development and account management, in the staffing or recruiting industry.
  • Technology Proficiency - Strong understanding of IT and Engineering technologies.
