Business Development Manager needed for a growing aluminum company

CDP Solutions has been in business for more than 15 years and works throughout the United States with a wide variety of metal companies. This is a remote position, requiring the candidate to work from a home office and engage with clients both in the United States and internationally. The Business Development Manager will have opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding company.

Our client is a vertically integrated aluminum processing company with many years of experience. They are dedicated to reinvesting in state-of-the-art capital equipment to expand their product offerings and penetrate new markets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to develop existing clients and acquire new customers to grow the business.

Compensation

• Base salary: $150,000 or higher
• Uncapped commission program
• Additional benefits: 401(k), medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, life insurance, expense account

Other benefits include a paid vacation program and a car incentive.
