InfraTech Solutions is expanding its team and seeks a driven Account Executive to join our IT infrastructure staffing practice. You will partner with our Recruiting Team, build relationships with HR and hiring managers, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or consulting services.
• Hunter mentality—break into new accounts and grow revenue.
• Proven ability to manage accounts, build relationships, and navigate complex hiring processes.
• Strong negotiation skills with a consultative approach to sales.
• Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new business opportunities via internal leads, referrals, networking events, job postings, and industry connections.
• Identify and qualify staffing and project-based opportunities, understanding IT hiring needs.
• Build and manage relationships with HR, Procurement, and hiring managers.
• Partner with Recruiting Team to match top IT professionals with contract opportunities.
• Own the sales cycle from identifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
