Job summary

Public Strategies in Oklahoma City is seeking an IT Specialist to install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software, and to provide technical advice and user support across the organization. Qualifications

• Must be proficient with all Microsoft 365 products and familiar with managing Microsoft tenants.
• Knowledge of Active Directory users and computers.
• Experience with MS Exchange Online and computer imaging software for end-user creation.
• Ability to provide end-user support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, maintain, update, and support all IT systems including hardware and software.
• Create users, groups, teams, mailboxes in Microsoft 365/Active Directory.
• Handle new hire IT onboarding, including imaging and training.
• Provide end-user support via telephone, in-person, and online channels.
• Maintain asset management for IT hardware and software.
• Assist with helpdesk and desktop support tasks and general troubleshooting.
• Help the Senior IT Team with networking hardware management.
• Assist with Windows servers installation and maintenance.
• Manage Windows Deployment Services and computer imaging software.
• Provide support for Audio/Video systems.
• Identify and procure hardware/software to meet user needs.
• Load software packages (OS, office apps, etc.).
• Customize programs to meet user requirements.
• Coordinate activities with network services.
• Provide status updates to managers/users.
• Refer hardware problems to service personnel.
• Monitor security camera software, servers, and peripherals.
• Document SOPs and IT tickets.
• Assist in procurement of accessories and supplies.
• Stay current with latest technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
