Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Three years of IT experience required.
• Background administration of Microsoft O365, Active Directory and Azure is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software systems.
• Provide user support via email, phone, remote troubleshooting, or in-person.
• Assist in deploying, monitoring, maintaining IT systems and assets.
• Create users, groups, teams, and mailboxes in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Support new hire IT onboarding including computer imaging and training.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows servers and deployment services.
• Provide updates and status reports to managers and users.
• Document SOPs and maintain knowledge base material.
