You will handle day-to-day IT operations, including user access, device management, and troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network issues. The role emphasizes onboarding, documentation, and clear communication, with a minimum on-site presence of three days per week for New York City area staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience.
• Hands-on macOS device management via an MDM.
• Experience with identity providers and SSO (Google Workspace, Okta, Entra ID).
• Experience setting up video conferencing and meeting-room systems.
• Ability to work independently across time zones and prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for US-based employees
• Own onboarding and offboarding for US-based employees, including equipment procurement, desk setup, and user provisioning
• Administer user access and devices across our identity provider, SSO, and MDM platform in a macOS environment
• Assist with security operations, including first-line EDR alert triage and evidence collection for SOC 1/2 compliance
• Maintain clear documentation for systems and processes
