Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or technical degree in CS/IT/cybersecurity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Cloud Services, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of networking hardware, servers, firewalls, IPS/IDS, Cisco and WatchGuard.
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimal supervision.
• U.S. citizenship and valid driver's license with good record.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service.
• Onsite work requirement.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT operations, systems, and network performance for reliability and compliance.
• Install, maintain, and upgrade routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, and network devices.
• Support software, server administration, PC maintenance, printers, copiers, and video systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, accounts, inventory, and diagrams.
• Assist with design and continuous improvement of the CEMS network environment.
• Provide technical end-user support and coordinate vendor troubleshooting when needed.
