Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for employee technical support requests across office, manufacturing, warehouse, and remote‑user environments.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, monitors, printers, scanners, tablets, phones, and other assigned equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve common hardware, operating system, software, printing, email, login, and connectivity issues.
• Document support activity, resolutions, recurring issues, and equipment assignments in the company’s IT support system.
• Create and maintain user accounts, email access, security groups, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and basic permissions.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office.
• Assist with MFA enrollment, password resets, account recovery, and access troubleshooting.
• Prepare and deploy technology for new employees, including computers, peripherals, phones, and required software.
• Assist with employee offboarding by recovering equipment and ensuring accounts and access are disabled promptly.
