Responsibilities

Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Assist with onboarding/offboarding employees and MSP clients.
Monitor and respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
Document issues, resolutions, and IT procedures.
Support basic networking tasks.
Assist with maintaining IT security practices.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
