Job summary
BrainStation is seeking an IT Specialist to manage level 1 support tickets and facilitate hardware deployment for new hires within the operations team. This role is ideal for IT professionals with 1–2 years of experience who enjoy keeping systems productive and reliable.

Qualifications
- Google Workspace admin experience.
- Ubiquiti/Meraki hardware and software experience is an asset.
- WiFi and Networking experience is an asset.
- MDM platform experience (Kandji or similar).
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- MacOS, iOS, Android experience.
- SOC 2 audit process experience is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs.
- Manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
- Research new technology and tools and share those findings with the team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of our team.
