BrainStation in New York seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to manage level 1 support tickets and facilitate new hire hardware deployment. Working within the operations team, your duties will require you to assist in maintaining team and office productivity.

This role is ideal for IT Specialists that have 1-2 years of experience. Responsibilities include maintaining hardware inventory, managing IT tickets to meet SLAs, researching new technology, and clear communication with team members.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in IT help desk or IT support.
• Experience with device deployment for new hires.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT tools and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs.
• Manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
• Research new technology and tools and share findings with the team.
• Communicate clearly with all team members.
