Job summary
BrainStation in New York seeks an IT Specialist to manage level 1 support tickets and support new-hire hardware deployment within the operations team, ideal for individuals with 1–2 years of experience. You will maintain hardware inventory, manage IT tickets to meet SLAs, research new technologies and share findings with the team, and communicate clearly with all team members to keep operations productive.

Qualifications
- Experience managing Google Workspace as an administrator.
- Solid networking and WiFi knowledge.
- Experience with MacOS, iOS and Android devices.
- Familiarity with Kandji or other MDM platforms.
- Experience with IT ticketing and SLAs.
- IT audit exposure (SOC2) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Maintain hardware inventory and manage device repairs.
- Manage IT tickets in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
- Research new technology and tools and share those findings with the team.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with all members of our team.
