Qualifications

• Skilled with hardware, mobile devices, software, peripherals and components, networking protocols and communications.
• Installing and imaging new computers and loading software for customers.
• Installing local and network printers and other peripherals.
• Migrating data and user profiles.
• Documenting processes and procedures for technical support activities.
• Demonstrates working knowledge of ServiceNow call tracking system.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains documentation of processes and procedures for software installs, profile transfers, PC replacements, and related IT tasks; aligns with internal SLAs and external OLAs.
