HIRING IMMEDIATELY: IT SUPPORT SUPPORT SPECIALIST IN PLAINFIELD, IN

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an IT Support Specialist to join our team Plainfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for providing technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and basic network issues. The ideal candidate will include installing and configuring computers and peripherals, setting up user accounts, maintaining IT equipment, responding to help desk requests, and ensuring employees receive timely technical assistance.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $21.75/hour
• 8 am – 4:30 pm | Monday – Friday
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Located in Plainfield, IN

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing systems and devices, and maintaining equipment
• Perform data recovery, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage anti-virus/malware removal
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers of all types including laser, thermal, and impact
• Resolve any Microsoft embedded OS configuration issues
• Resolve any mobile and wireless devices
• Setup, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure
• Process approved IT Request forms which could include:
• Creating new user accounts for warehouse software
• Creating new domain/AD accounts
• Create and link shared folders
• Relocating users and hardware within the facility
• Changing users access within warehouse software
• Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area at all times
• Updating equipment inventory and maintain assets
• Other duties as assigned
