Job summary

Les Olson Company in Utah seeks a motivated IT Sales professional with 3+ years of experience in Managed IT services, software, or hardware. You will meet with potential customers, assess their business needs, and propose effective technology solutions, while maintaining CRM (Salesforce) and traveling locally as required.

Compensation includes a $60,000 base salary, $550 monthly reimbursements, and uncapped commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT sales experience
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close new business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and CRM upkeep (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business opportunities: cold calling, in-person visits, social media research
• Conduct initial qualifying meetings and understand customer needs and expectations
• Confirm needs and gain customer commitment to move forward in the sales process
• Develop proposals and presentations to meet customers' requirements
• Proactively network and generate new leads through various channels
• Aim to grow revenue and profits using a consultative sales approach
• Pursue new accounts and opportunities with existing customers
• Stay current on product developments, market competition and industry trends
