Acumen Consulting in Richmond Heights, MO is hiring an IT Services Mid-Level Support Technician to provide exceptional technology support to clients. You will be responsible for ensuring clients' systems operate effectively and coordinating with team members and vendors.

This position offers competitive compensation between $50,000 and $70,000 per year, with significant benefits including medical, dental, and PTO. Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with on-call rotation required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT experience is required.
• An IT Certification such as Network+ or Google IT Support is preferred.
• Proficiency with computers, networks, and printers is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support client needs to ensure technology functions effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technology issues.
• Communicate with users to understand their support needs.
