Job summary

Astute Technology Management is hiring a Business Development Representative for our Dublin, Ohio office. This on-site role drives outbound prospecting, qualifying leads, and building relationships via phone, email, and events.

You will work to schedule introductory meetings for the Account Executive, track activity, and contribute to pipeline growth through multiple outreach channels. Hybrid privileges begin after 90 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license
• Employment contingent on successful background check

Responsibilities

• Understand Astute Technology Management’s ideal customer profile, messaging, and service offerings.
• Understand systems and tools needed to connect with prospective clients.
• Research prospective clients in target market segments.
• Develop relationships with key contacts at prospective clients.
• Track all aspects of the sales process for prospects in a system.
• Set introductory meetings for the Account Executive and ensure attendance.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly activity goals.
• Conduct in-person outreach to prospective clients and attend industry events to drive pipeline growth.
