Job summary

Computer Business Solutions, Inc. in South Florida is seeking full-time IT Technicians and Network Engineers to join our client-focused team.

You will provide frontline support for our small- to mid-size business customers, resolve day-to-day issues, and document solutions to improve service delivery. Responsibilities include remote and on-site assistance, coordinating with senior staff, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience in Microsoft Windows Workstation Environment.
• Expert level experience in Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
• Expert level in basic networking equipment and protocols.
• Working knowledge of VPNs (SSL, Site-to-Site).
• Working knowledge of LANs/WANs and Unifi Controller.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to clients.
• Document and follow-up on service tickets using ticketing software.
• Work with a help desk team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Review problems, determine solutions, and implement them for clients.
