• Experience troubleshooting Windows 2000 and Microsoft Office problems; network setup and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• On-site and off-site diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades and repairs of computer equipment.
• Receive and respond to help desk calls.
• Printer maintenance and repair.
• Network testing, cabling and maintenance.
• Setup and deployment of new desktops, notebooks, peripherals, printers and software.
• Coordinate support between third-party vendors and end users.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
