Ideal candidates have 5+ years in desktop and server engineering, MCITP or higher, and CompTIA certifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of desktop and server engineering and administration experience.
• 3+ years design, implementation and support with Windows Server, VMware, Exchange/Office 365, SQL, Citrix.
• Associate degree or higher or equivalent work experience in IT/Consulting.
• MCITP: Server Administrator or above.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+ certifications.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues (Tier 1 through 3).
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
• Document work with detailed tickets and time sheets.
• Take ownership of projects and follow through with minimal supervision.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry changes.
• Provide remote and on-site services to clients.
