Computer Business Solutions in South Florida is seeking full-time IT Technicians and Network Engineers to join a growing team. We support small to mid-size businesses with customized IT solutions that align with their long-term strategy, delivering reliable, user-focused service for day-to-day operations.

As a Managed IT Service Technician, you will handle frontline support, both remote and on-site, document tickets, and assist with troubleshooting and network issues.

Qualifications

• Expert level experience in Microsoft Windows Workstation Environment.
• Expert level experience in Customer Service.
• Expert level in basic troubleshooting.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Environment.
• Expert knowledge of basic networking equipment and protocols.
• Must have own Vehicle with valid Driver's License.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote and on-site technical assistance to users on various types of service requests; coordinate with additional technical staff when problems require additional analysis or assistance.
• Document and follow-up on service tickets using ticketing software.
• Assist in reviewing and analyzing problems and determining solutions.
