Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 2 years’ experience, and knowledge of patch management and software deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Install and configure desktop operating systems and application software.
• Diagnose and repair technology hardware and software problems; provide excellent client service.
• Perform upgrades and rebuilds of user workstations with current software versions.
• Create and maintain documentation for software and hardware configurations.
• Assist with classroom support and manage work tickets; provide helpdesk support and issue resolution.
