Job summary

BXP, Inc. in New York seeks an IT End User Support specialist to assist desktop and laptop users with setup, upgrades, problem resolution and repair.

You will manage software, hardware, accounts, and security policies to ensure reliable computing across the organization. Collaborating with Application Development, Information Security and Network Services, you will troubleshoot, support Windows 11 and Microsoft 365, and help maintain hardware inventories and standard images.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; BA/BS preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of service desk experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with SCCM, Remote Desktop Protocol and Teams.
• Basic networking concepts and ability to support remote and in-person users.

Responsibilities

• Install and support peripherals and software including Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Respond to requests for assistance in person or via remote tools; escalate as needed.
• Diagnose hardware problems and coordinate repairs.
• Set up and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Maintain software policies, images, and inventory; support AV in conference rooms.
