Job summary

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center is seeking a Computer Technician to install, maintain, and support computer systems and networks on-site in Paramus, NJ. The role focuses on service desk duties, asset management, and end-user support across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365. A comprehensive benefits package and ample paid time off are provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, upgrade, and maintain hardware and software for IT systems.
• Perform IT Service Desk duties with ticket resolution.
• Support mobile devices and mobile device management systems.
• Assist with remote connectivity (VPN, RDP, Office 365 Web Access).
• Set up end user systems, profiles, domain access, file/print sharing, and Outlook.
• Perform MACs (move/add/change) across multiple locations.
• Maintain asset inventory for hardware.
• Troubleshoot computer, printing, phone system issues and related apps.
• Document equipment, faults, and resolutions daily.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve outages and deficiencies.
