Job summary

Care Plus Bergen, Inc. in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Computer Technician to join our on-site IT team. The role covers hardware/software maintenance, service desk support, and mobile device assistance.

Responsibilities include VPN/RDP/Office 365 access, Outlook setup, asset management, and issue resolution across multiple locations. HS diploma required; 1–2 years' experience preferred; salary $22.00 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of computer technician experience required.
• Basic working knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and communicate with end users.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support hardware/software across locations.
• Handle IT Service Desk tickets with strong customer service.
• Support mobile devices and mobile device management systems.
• Assist with remote connectivity (VPN, RDP, Office 365 Web Access).
• Set up end-user systems, profiles, domain access, file/print sharing, Outlook.
• MACs for multiple locations and asset management.
• Troubleshoot computer, printing, and phone system issues.
• Document faults and vendor communications for outages.
