Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line IT support via phone and live chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues involving hardware, software, peripherals, and infrastructure.
• Document interactions in the ticketing system with details, steps, and resolutions.
• Communicate ticket status and next steps to end users.
• Escalate unresolved issues and collaborate with team for timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and processes.
